Presentation Order
The presentation order for the competitions are listed in the attached files below. The specific presentation time will vary, but check with your competition head for an estimated time the day of your competition. You must ensure that you are prepared to present when your team is called, presentations will not be deferred if you are late.
Junior Design, Senior Design, and Consulting presentation order will be released at the completion of the design/report phase.
Debate order will be announced the morning of the competition.

Please check the link below for your industry tour departure time. All tours depart between 9:00 – 10:00AM on Thursday. If you registered for the Form Factor House tour you have been moved to the Yara Belle Plaine tour.

WEC 2009 Schedule
The Western Engineering Competition starts this week and we’re very excited to showcase Regina and meet all of our competitors and sponsors. Here is a copy of the detailed competition schedule:
Presentation order for the Communication, Consulting, and Innovative Design competitions will be posted in hotel and posted here on Thursday.
Presentation order for Junior Design will be released at the completion of the design phase on Friday at 11:30AM. Senior Design presentation order will be released at the completion of the Senior Design phase on Friday at 5:00PM.
Registration Online
The WEC 2009 delegate registration is now online! Just click the Delegate Registration button in the top corner and fill out your information. Registration is due by December 1, 2008.
You will be required to upload a photo of yourself, this will be used in the Delegate and Sponsor packages, as well as on the Who’s Attending page. There is also an optional field to upload your resume, which will be provided to the sponsors.
Additional competitor information, including deadlines and important dates, can be found on the Competitor Delegate Information page.

Welcome to WEC 2009
Welcome to the Western Engineering Competition 2009!
The competition runs from January 21 – 25 in Regina, Saskatchewan. This years organizing committee is very excited to have over 200 of the brightest engineering students from across western Canada competing in the heart of the prairies.
Above you will find all the information you need to successfully compete as a delegate. If your are a sponsor delegate or a competition judge you will also find important information above that will help prepare you for the competition events.
In the top right you will find the online registration for competing delegates. You can also check out who you might know that will be attending, once they register. [Online registration will be available in October, 2008]
